|Recommended: YesIssue with Cigarette Smell in the Dormitory — There was a serious issue with cigarette smell in my room, which required me to move to another one. I truly appreciate the staff’s prompt and courteous assistance in resolving the situation.
However, I kindly ask the dormitory to provide stricter guidance and enforcement regarding smoking inside the facility. As this is a school dormitory where minors also reside, maintaining a smoke-free environment is especially important.
Due to this issue, I will be moving to a new room. I would like to kindly confirm that no additional 37 contract fee will be applied.
